Today, I register for bar school.
Today, is 1 week since I first moved into a new house, breaking down walls and sharing the space that I live and breathe in with someone else.
Today, I celebrate my birthday without my family for the first time in a not-so-new city in a not-that-foreign country.

Today, I turn 23.

Happy Birthday to me! I hope the year ahead will be interesting and that I may meet the challenges that will face me with fortitude and grace. I really really hope that my birthday wish which I made after blowing out all the imaginary and real candles in all the desserts/macaroons/cakes/tarts come true.
