I love Wednesdays

I love Wednesdays

because its my 1 free day of the week, but I've already wasted half the day doing nothing. :(

Somehow time really flies in this final year...I've only got 1.5 weeks left of term 1. Oh no!!! I wanna be an undergrad forever. Anyway, I'm reknown for my chillling time procrastinating habits so you can imagine how weird it is now that I contracted this time-saving disease from someone. I walk faster, cook faster, eat faster work faster and basically do what I can to "save my time", though I end up inevitably spending it on bridge/drama sessions. I even kicked someone out of my room during a very comfy cuddly session because I kept glancing at my watch and was obssessing about how late it was and how I had to make dinner and work eventhough it was just 8 freaking pm.

What my diary (which is my phone + friends schedules + post-its on my wall because my official diary which has a really pretty shopping theme only starts on the last week of Dec '09)) looks like:

1. A gym session today @ 11am which I squirmed out of bcz I was snugly in bed
2. Carol service today @ 5.30pm
3. Deciding whether to make the moot and to prepare my skeleton and speech for it
4. Law of Business Organisation and Law of Trusts seminar work to do
5. Look into all my applications for post-graduate and possibly Bar school because I need to get my references done by next week
6. Research and plan my Christmas trip (I'm going to Budapest and Austria! Yayy!!!)
7. Dinner this Friday out in town

........and that's only for this week which only has 4 days left!

And before I go off to tackle my mooting work, I leave you with some pictures from Prague. I normally pick up a few new words each time I travel to a different country, but sadly enough after 4 days, all I learnt was how to say shisha (vod-ya dim-k....if I rmb it correctly) and 'crowns' (koruna....with the last 2 syllables rolled together) because we wanted to look for a shisha place one night and well, crowns is their currency. People either spoke accented English which we understood with some striving and word-guessing or they didn't, whereby everybody hand-gestured and nodded a lot. =P

3rd day - Jewish Quarter. This is a very European look. I could go to almost any city in Europe and discover something similar at a glance but upon closer look, you see the unique details that characterise each place.
2nd day - dinner at the oldest restaurant in Prague where the executioner used to eat at and I'm eating his favourite dish too! Yummy yums!!!
3rd day - Jewish Quarter. This represents Kafka, whose famous works I've never read.
4th day - Woke up at 5.30am to catch the sunrise on Charles Bridge which is supposed to be gorgeous. Alas, the weather didn't co-operate and we nearly froze ourselves silly mucking around the bridge. =)

And I leave you all with a picture of me and the saints on the bridge. I think I was supposed to be an angel. Oh wait, I already am one ;)
